Select your desired connection and ticket with your desired ticket options (one-way/return, class). Then select the option ‘Tickets from CHF xx.xx’ and choose whether you want to buy your ticket for business or private use.

After you have chosen your ticket and selected the ‘Tickets from CHF xx.xx’ option, check the box in the lower left-hand corner of the screen. If you see a “factory symbol”, this means that your company’s means of payment is selected. Select the box to change the payment method for your next purchase.

Choose the invoice centre after selecting the business payment method in the ‘Confirm purchase’ step. You can also select subordinate cost allocations (if available) and also add up to two references for the purchase, if you wish.

If you are not sure whether your company has also connected to the SBB Mobile app (yet), please log out and then log in again using your SwissPass login. By signing in again, your SwissPass login data is updated. This also applies the payment method provided by your company.

Under the menu item ‘Payment method’ (‘Profile’ -> ‘Payment method’), your private means of payment are listed first here. If your company has registered a credit card as a payment method, you will see this below your private payment method. There you can store or amend your business credit card.

Other payment methods for business purposes, such as invoices, direct debiting, etc., are not listed in the SBB Mobile app as an item in the ‘Payment method’ menu; however, these payment methods can still be selected during purchase (if available).

Currently, EasyRide is not available for business customers. This feature may be used by private customers using a private means of payment.

In order to check if your iOS operating system is compatible with SBB Mobile, you need to know the model of your Apple device.

All iPhones from iPhone 5s onwards as well as iPads (5th generation) and newer devices. Please note that your device must have at least iOS 11.1 (it may be necessary to update your operating system).

Operating systems before Android 6.0 no longer support the current security mechanisms for SBB Mobile. Android 6.0 closed a range of gaps in security.

Since March 2018, ticket sales on SBB Mobile for Windows have no longer been supported. This is because the operating system no longer meets international security standards for data from payment cards.

As the Windows platform is also no longer actively supported by Microsoft, there is no alternative app solution for Windows phone users.

Buy tickets easily at SBB.ch. SBB.ch is also suitable for mobile devices with newer browsers.

Location.

For SBB Mobile to be able to find the next stop in the timetable and on the map in the ‘Plan’ tab, GPS tracking must be enabled for the app. If you want to purchase your ticket conveniently via EasyRide, location services must always be enabled so that the journey can be recorded.

Internet access.

The SBB Mobile app needs to be able to access online timetable and ticket data in order to answer your queries. If you want to buy a ticket conveniently via EasyRide, you must always have a working internet connection during the journey.

Notifications.

If you wish to receive push notifications for saved trips, SBB Mobile requires authorisation to display notifications on Android and iOS systems.
