The effective validity period is shown on the purchased ticket. Point-to-Point Tickets are valid for the calendar day specified at the time of purchase.

In the SBB Mobile app: if you are not returning on the same day or by 5am the following day, please buy a new single ticket for your journey.

If you are travelling within a fare or regional transport network, purchase the special network tickets. The advantage is that all local public transport services are included (bus, tram, etc.).
