To buy travelcards and tickets via SBB Business Customers you need a SwissPass login. Once you have created a SwissPass login, you can amend your personal data at swisspass.ch at any time.

Once you have signed in successfully using your SwissPass login, go to ‘Personal data’ directly in your profile to view/change your personal data.
Please note that you cannot amend your surname, first name or date of birth yourself. If you wish to change one of these, please contact the SBB Business Travel Service Center.
The delivery address for tickets purchased for business can be changed here on sbb.ch/en/business under ‘Business data’ in your profile.
Under ‘Invoicing information’, you can see which cost centres within the company you are authorised to invoice to. You can also request a new invoicing authorisation via this page.
If your company has selected “credit card” as their payment method, you can save your business credit card here and register a standard credit card to pay for the renewal of your GA Travelcards/Half Fare Travelcards.
Yes. Go to ‘Co-passengers’ in your profile to save other passengers’ last names, first names and dates of birth. You can then select the saved persons under ‘Co-passengers’ when ordering tickets on business.sbb.ch (but not in the SBB Mobile app) and conveniently add them using the auto-complete function.
You can also export a list of your co-passengers in Excel format, edit it and then re-import it.
