Due to a technical upgrade on our website, there are currently some technical issues. It is possible that there may be an unintended logout during the sales process or incorrect links leading to the private customer page. The sale of tickets and subscriptions is not affected by this. You will notice a logout when the factory icon in the top right corner is no longer displayed. To continue the sales process, click on “Login” in the top right corner to log in again. If you end up on the private customer page, we recommend accessing the page “business.sbb.ch” in your current browser to return to the business customer area.

Create a SwissPass login.

You need a SwissPass login to register for SBB Business Customers. If you already have a personal SwissPass login, you can also use this to register for SBB Business Customers.

Your SwissPass login allows you to take advantage of offers from SBB Business Customers, purchase public transport tickets, order travelcards and much more.

Since the login can be used both for personal and business purposes, we recommend that you create your SwissPass login using your personal e-mail address.

On swisspass.ch, you can also see an overview of your SwissPass services (both personal and business), amend your personal details or activate numerous partner services.
