As of the timetable change in December 2023, the Ticket Shop for business customers will be replaced by the new sales platform. From 9 December 2023, it will therefore no longer be possible to carry out administrative tasks in the old Businessmanager. In addition, from 1 July 2023 or for the third and fourth quarters of 2023, no VAT documents will be made available for purchases in the SBB Ticket Shop. However, the old Businessmanager will still be available for your use until 31 January 2024. We request that you download the documents and data that you need in good time so that they can be archived.
