Request a refund for unused or partially used tickets purchased on sbb.ch/en/business or via the SBB Mobile app.
You can have your ticket refunded quickly and directly online in your profile on sbb.ch/business or in the SBB Mobile app.
National tickets which you purchase at the standard price online at sbb.ch/en/business or on the SBB Mobile app can be refunded for free BEFORE the start of validity.
National saver products (supersaver tickets, Saver Day Passes, Supersaver Class Upgrades) which you purchase online at sbb.ch/en/business or in the SBB Mobile app can be refunded free of charge within 30 minutes of the time of purchase.
Instructions for refunds on sbb.ch/en/business:
Select ‘Sign in’ on the top right and log in.
Select the business user role.
Open the “Orders” section in your profile.
Click on the ticket you would like to have refunded.
Click on the “Refund” button to switch to the refund overview.
The details can be checked again at this point.
Click on “Refund” to issue the refund.
Instructions for refunds in the SBB Mobile app:
Open the app and go to the ‘Tickets & Travelcards’ tab.
Make sure that the toggle (slider) is set to ‘Valid’.
Select the ticket that you would like to have refunded.
Tap on the three dots in the top right and select ‘Refund ticket’.
Check the details and tap on ‘Refund ticket’ to initiate the refund.
Important information.
You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. You can view your refund at any time in your profile.
The amount will be credited to the same means of payment used for your purchase.
