Create a personal SwissPass login on swisspass.ch. Please use your personal e-mail address.

Once you have successfully registered, we recommend that you activate two-factor authentication (2-FA) for your SwissPass customer account. This additional security level sends you a code by SMS every time you log in, giving you even more protection against unauthorised access. 

Alternatively, you can log in with a one-time code instead of a password. This is valid once and just for a few minutes. If you would like to permanently change your sign-in method to ‘One-time code’, you can adjust this setting in your customer account under ‘Settings’ > ‘Change login method’.

On swisspass.ch, you can also see an overview of your SwissPass services (both personal and business), amend your personal details or activate numerous partner services.

The next step is to register your company.

Your company is already registered? You can now register as an employee. You will need your company’s contract number for this.
