The Businessmanager update gives you access to the new company view. This provides you with a comprehensive overview of contracts, cost centres, travelcards and more within your organisation.
What does the change mean for you?
In future, you will see a comprehensive overview of all contracts, cost centres, cost allocations, employees and travelcards within an organisation or holding company, provided you are listed as the responsible person or deputy for these contracts or cost centres.
This new feature enables efficient administration and improved visibility of all relevant data – not just for a single B2B contract, but for every contract for which you hold responsibilities.
The key changes at a glance.
Displays all organisations and B2B contracts for which the logged-in user has responsibilities.
Displays all associated cost centres under each contract.
Displays all travelcards under B2B contracts for which the logged-in user has responsibilities.
Now allows cross-contract management of Half Fare Travelcards and GA Travelcards.
Displays all booking authorisations under B2B contracts for which the logged-in user has responsibilities.
Now allows cross-contract management of booking authorisations.
Booking authorisations which are not yet validated will also continue to be displayed in the ‘Tasks’ tab.
Displays all cost centres under B2B contracts for which the logged-in user has responsibilities.
Please note that new cost centres are now created directly via the relevant B2B contract. This function no longer appears under the ‘Cost centres’ tab; instead, you can find it in the overview for the corresponding B2B contract on the right-hand side.
Displays all cost allocations under B2B contracts for which the logged-in user has responsibilities.
Some function such as ‘Generate statistics’ or ‘Edit booking permissions’ are now processed in the background, so that the logged-in user can continue working in SBB Businessmanager during this time.
In the ‘Activities’ tab, the current activity status is shown.
Once an activity is complete, the relevant documents will be available for download.
From now on, you can generate the statistics (CSV export of purchases) directly in the new ‘Statistics’ tab.
Statistics can now be generated flexibly – for one or more organisations, for contracts, cost centres or for a specific invoice.
