International ticket refunds free of charge.

Good news! You can now refund tickets for international journeys yourself in your profile under ‘Orders’ on business.sbb.c‍h/en up to one day before the first day of validity (provided the offer allows this). This saves you the fees which are incurred with conventional refunds. Please note that different fare regulations and conditions apply depending on the offer and the country.
