Please note that the travelcard is integrated on the SwissPass. When ordering for the first time, new customers will receive a SwissPass card at their home address by post. If you already have a SwissPass or are renewing your travelcard, the service will be loaded onto your existing SwissPass card. To do this, we require your customer number.

Where can you find your customer number?

If you have a public transport travelcard or have had one in the past, you already have a customer number. You can find this number on the front of your SwissPass card.

Don’t yet have a customer number?

  1. Create a SwissPass account at swisspass.ch/register.
  2. Carry out the identity check conveniently online at swisspass.ch or at a staffed public transport point of sale.
