Find out how to amend your personal and business data in your Business Customers account here.
To buy travelcards and tickets via SBB Businesstravel, you need a SwissPass login. Once you have created a SwissPass login, you can use it to request booking authorisation for your company’s corporate contract.
Once you have successfully signed in using your SwissPass login, you can view and change your personal data directly in your profile under ‘Personal details’.
Sign in to your customer account at swisspass.ch. Select “Customer data” in the top right under your initials. Then, under “Personal details”, click on “Change” and “Start identity check”.
You will automatically receive a SwissPass card with your new name. The card is free of charge and will be sent to you by post.
You can see your stored business e-mail and telephone number in your profile in the ‘Business data’ section under ‘Personal details’. The business e-mail address cannot be amended independently. If you would like to make a change, please contact the person at your company responsible for the contract or cost centre, or the Businesstravel Service Center.
Choose your company account as your user role under ‘Payment methods’. You can then see for which of your company’s cost centres you are authorised to make bookings. You can also apply for a new booking authorisation there.
If your company has selected the ‘Credit card’ payment method, you can save your business credit card and, for example, set it as the payment method for automatic travelcard renewals.
Yes. You can save other people in your profile under ‘Co-passengers’, including their surname, first name, date of birth and discount cards. You can then select these people when ordering tickets on business.sbb.ch (but not in the SBB Mobile app) and conveniently add them to the order using the ‘Autofill’ function.
Manage notifications regarding your SwissPass services in your profile settings under ‘Cancellation information’.
