Your BonusPass will be issued no earlier than 30 days and no later than 10 days before its first day of validity. Orders placed at short notice are processed subject to availability. To ensure your BonusPass is activated in good time, please order at least 10 days in advance.
It is the responsibility of the employee/passenger to ensure that they have a valid BonusPass prior to departure. If you start your journey without a valid ticket, you will be registered as a “passenger without a valid ticket”. No fees arising from this will be refunded retrospectively.
