Purchase e-vouchers right here on sbb.ch/en/business. If you have any questions about the authorisation, please contact the travel manager for SBB Business Customers at your company.

Purchase.

1. Select the e-voucher here on sbb.ch/en/business under “Vouchers”.
2. Select the number and value of the vouchers.
3. You can use the “bulk order” option to order up to 48 vouchers at once. You need special authorisation for bulk orders.
4. For bulk orders, you can also select the product range for which the vouchers can be redeemed. For instance, you can stipulate that the e-vouchers may only be redeemed for single journeys which are valid on a specific day.

Confirmation of purchase and dispatch of an individual e-voucher.

As soon as you have confirmed your order, you will receive an e-mail with your personal e-voucher in an attached PDF file.

Confirmation of purchase and download of e-vouchers for bulk orders.

As soon as you have confirmed your order, you will be able to see your order in SBB Businessmanager. You can then download your e-vouchers directly in SBB Businessmanager.

E-vouchers can currently only be redeemed on the SBB.ch platform (not via sbb.ch/en/business).

1. Go to SBB.ch (not sbb.ch/en/business) and choose an offer. Enter the required details until you see the “e-voucher” input field in your shopping basket. 
2. Now enter the e-voucher code shown in the PDF file that you received by e-mail and click on “Redeem”.
3. On the next page, you will see a summary with the price of the product or service and the value of the redeemed voucher. Complete the purchase as usual.
