Deactivation of the Ticket Shop sales platform as of the timetable change.

We have been reorganising the ticket sales platform for our corporate customers for some time now. This process has now largely been completed and the old ticket shop will be deactivated with the timetable change on 10 December 2023. 

Important: The webshop and Businessmanager, which you use with your SwissPass login, are not affected by the coming shutdown. 

What this means for you. 

We kindly ask you to make all future purchases via the new sales platform sbb.ch/en/business. 

Bookings will no longer be possible in the existing Ticket Shop as of the timetable change on 10 December 2023. However, the ‘old’ Businessmanager will still be available for you to view (as read-only) until 31 January 2024. It is important that you download all receipts (e.g. VAT receipts) and purchase statistics by this deadline. After this point, these documents will no longer be available. 

Please also note that VAT receipts will only be available up to and including Q2/2023. No receipts were issued for Q3 and Q4 due to the dismantling of the old system.
