You can have your ticket refunded easily online, directly in your profile on sbb.ch/en/business. Refunds are possible before departure for tickets (excluding saver offers and travelcards) that you have purchased as a business customer online at sbb.ch/en/business or via the SBB Mobile app.
Instructions for refunds on sbb.ch/en/business:
- Click on “Sign in” at the top on the right hand side.
- Select “Business customers” and log in.
- Open the “Orders” section in your profile.
- Click on the ticket you would like to have refunded.
- Click on the “Refund” button to switch to the refund overview.
- The details can be checked again at this point.
- Click on “Refund” to issue the refund.
You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. You can view your refund at any time in your profile.
