• The value per voucher can be between CHF 10 and CHF 3,000.
• Unlike coupons, digital vouchers are invoiced to you directly.
• As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail sent to the contact address you provided. This e-mail contains a link that can be used to download the vouchers as a PDF file. We recommend saving this file as the link becomes invalid after seven days.

Vouchers can be used as a payment method at staffed public transport points of sale or redeemed online at SBB.ch and with participating transport companies.

When redeeming vouchers online, the credit must be sufficient to cover the entire shopping basket. Otherwise the voucher can be topped up to cover the difference.
